    In the playoffs, the Pacers will be dangerous, and nobody will want to play them. The Indiana Pacers are proving they can beat up on everyone in the Eastern Conference these days. Clearly, the Knicks weren't the same without their All-Star forward, who was suspended for the game after Monday's postgame confrontation with Boston's Kevin Garnett. Their highest-paid player, Roy Hibbert, is averaging 9.7 points per game and is shooting 40 percent from the floor, mired in a seasonlong slump.
