Bobcats forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, the No. 2 overall pick in the NBA draft, returned in the third quarter of Saturday night's game against San Antonio after leaving earlier with an back injury. After being attended to by trainers, Kidd-Gilchrist got up under his own power and walked off the floor gingerly while holding his lower back. Charlotte Bobcats coach Mike Dunlap decided to pack the paint Saturday night and make the San Antonio Spurs beat them from the outside. Kidd-Gilchrist appeared to tweak something in his lower back while battling for a rebound under the basket in the second quarter and was taken to the locker room. Kemba Walker led the Bobcats with 23 points and Gerald Henderson chipped in with 13. Tony Parker had 22 points and nine assists as the Spurs won for the ninth time in 10 games to push their record to 17-4. "We've been really good about moving the ball and we're really getting on the same page with that," said Duncan, who finished with 11 points.
