After missing two games with a concussion, Chiefs quarterback Brady Quinn has been cleared to return to the field on Sunday against the Bengals. Earlier this week, Chiefs quarterback Brady Quinn said he’d been cleared to play after suffering a concussion against the Raiders last month. But the coach said he couldn't take the chance that Quinn wouldn't be ready for the Bengals. Although he had already been ruled out of Monday night’s game against the Steelers, Quinn made the road trip with the team and met with a specialist at the University of Pittsburgh, who said Quinn is OK. 1, he would have started, but he has not said since if Quinn would reclaim the job once he returns. It could be that the Chiefs simply want to give Cassel another game without affirmatively benching Quinn. Matt Cassel is slated to lead the offense against Cincinnati, as the Chiefs try to get their first win at home since December 18, 2011, when they somehow upset the then-unbeaten Packers.
