• Broncos' Bailey (foot) returns to practice

    Summary of 6 articles · Updated Oct 11, 2013
Bailey has been battling a foot injury and coach John Fox said that Bailey’s return to a full workload went well. Bailey has not played since injuring his left foot in the Aug. As he was leaving the locker room, Bailey said he thought the practice "went really well." The Broncos are 5-0, which makes it hard to say that they’ve missing Champ Bailey, Von Miller or anyone else that hasn’t been on the field for them this season. The Broncos were missing a few other members of the defense on Wednesday. The Broncos formally listed the two as doubtful, but neither is expected to play. Cornerback Chris Harris didn’t practice because of the concussion he suffered against Dallas, defensive end Robert Ayers was held out with a shoulder injury and the neck injury that knocked linebacker Wesley Woodyard out of the Cowboys game kept him on the sideline.
