    Asdrubal Cabrera had four hits and three RBIs, Michael Brantley also homered and the Cleveland Indians beat the injury-riddled Minnesota Twins 9-4 Thursday for their first three-game winning streak this season. The Indians got on the board against Twins righty Kevin Correia in the first inning, when Brantley ripped a double into right field and later scored on a two-base hit from David Murphy. Brantley hit a two-run homer in the fifth and had an RBI grounder in the sixth. Brantley doubled with two outs in the first Thusday, advanced on a on a passed ball on ball four to Carlos Santana and David Murphy hit a line drive directly at Escobar. Kevin Corriea gave up four runs, eight hits and four walks in 4 1-3 innings for the Twins. Outfielder Sam Fuld was placed on the seven-day DL with concussion-like symptoms, leaving infielder Pedro Florimon as Minnesota's only bench player when the game began.
