Garrett is 21-17 as the Cowboys' head coach, with a roster and coaching staff that have seen significant turnover in the past year and a half. But the Cowboys coach stepped out of character Sunday, when he flashed his temper and adamantly disagreed with referee Clete Blakeman’s decision to overturn a forced fumble caused by Eric Frampton in the first quarter of Dallas’ 27-24 overtime victory over Pittsburgh.
