    Starting cornerback Cortez Allen and tight end Heath Miller won't play in the Steelers’ Monday night game in Cincinnati. Steelers tight end Heath Miller , cornerback Cortez Allen and running back Le’Veon Bell have been ruled out of Monday’s game at Cincinnati, the club disclosed on its Twitter feed on Saturday. Allen injured his ankle during last week's opener against Tennessee and did not practice all week. In addition to not having Allen Monday night, the Steelers may be without reserve cornerback Curtis Brown , whom the team lists as doubtful. The Steelers don’t have to make a decision on whether Suisham or Graham kicks against the Bengals until early Monday evening when teams have to set their active roster for the game.
