• Cowboys practice report: RB DeMarco Murray, DL Sean Lissemore and P Chris Jones not on field

    Summary of 4 articles · Updated Oct 19, 2012
Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray and defensive lineman Sean Lissemore weren’t seen at practice Friday. Murray and Lissemore aren’t expected to play Sunday. Lissemore suffered a right high ankle sprain against Baltimore and could miss four to six weeks. Murray won’t play Sunday at Carolina after spraining his left foot Sunday in the loss at Baltimore. I think the better question might be, did Jones ever really leave us? And since that “mediocre” 2010 year –one in which he totaled 1,250 total yards and 5.4 yards per touch while catching 48 of his 52 targets the running back has been more efficient than you might think.
