    Forward Jerry D'Amigo signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Columbus Blue Jackets on Tuesday, the team announced. The Columbus Blue Jackets have signed forwards Jerry D'Amigo and Dana Tyrell to one-year, two-way contracts. The 23-year-old D'Amigo was acquired by the Blue Jackets on July 1 from the Toronto Maple Leafs in a trade for forward Matt Frattin. D'Amigo made his NHL debut with the Maple Leafs last season, and had one goal and two assists in 22 games. The 23-year-old D'Amigo was acquired by Columbus along with a conditional seventh-round pick in the 2015 draft from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for forward Matt Frattin on July 1. They told me they need a left winger, and with the young guys they already have and adding me, they're looking for someone to fill that spot.
