    Packers director of operations John Dorsey is in demand, in at least two locations.  Per a league source, the G.M. The New York Jets continue their general manager search with John Dorsey of the Green Bay Packers. Dorsey also played for Green Bay between 1984 and 1989. During his time with Green Bay, Dorsey would have gained an extensive background and experience in personnel and building through the draft as opposed to trades/free agency. The CBS Sports report indicates that Dorsey will interview this weekend, joining former Browns GM Tom Heckert and 49ers director of player personnel among the opening batch of candidates to go in front of owner Woody Johnson and Jed Hughes, the leader of the executive search firm Johnson hired. The Packers are of course one of the league’s most stable and successful franchises and has that is the skillset that the Jets seemed determined to come away with in their search.
