    Maybe Falcons tight end Tony Gonzalez once again is 95-percent certain that he won’t be back in 2014.  With a $3.5 million base salary, Gonzalez will receive $7 million in 2013, with a cap charge of $5.25 million. Per Ledbetter, the Falcons’ free-agency moves leave them with $3.36 million in cap space, money they’ll need to sign their draft class. That portion becomes prorated with $1.75 million counting toward this year’s cap and another $1.75 million counting toward the 2014 cap.
