    The National Football Foundation announced that former Ravens quarterback Vinny Testaverde will be a member of the 2013 College Football Hall of Fame Class. Though never good enough to make it to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Testaverde will join the College Football Hall of Fame.  A National Football Foundation representative announced on Monday that former University of Miami quarterback Vinny Testaverde has been elected to the College Football Hall of Fame. Testaverde is among 12 players and two coaches who will be inducted later this year. The rest of the 2013 Hall of Fame class, to include 11 other players and two coaches, will be announced on Tuesday. Testaverde had a decorated college career with the Miami Hurricanes that was capped off by winning the Heisman Trophy his senior year. After the retirement of Parcells and the infamous Benedict Arnolding the Jets were handed by Bill Belichick, Testaverde returned in 2000 under Al Groh.
