    Webster and Hosley were in the bike area. Webster and Hosley were at least at practice, even though they were on the exercise bikes off to the side and not working with the rest of the team. Ross was nowhere to be seen. If I had good news for you from Thursday's New York Giants practice, I'd surely pass it along. But I do not. On the positive side for the Giants, defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins was practicing after missing the previous two days. Trumaine McBride likely would elevate to a starting role Sunday against the Eagles if none of those guys could go, assuming they want to leave Terrell Thomas in the slot corner position against a Philadelphia team that uses a lot of three-wide receiver sets.
