    Manu Ginobili sustained a left hamstring strain late in the first half of the Spurs game against Minnesota and will not return. San Antonio Spurs guard Manu Ginobili announced Monday on Twitter that an MRI showed he has a Grade 1 strain of his left hamstring and he will be sidelined 10 to 14 days. The 35-year-old Ginobili has already dealt with back spasms, a left quadriceps bruise and a thigh bruise this season, his 11th in the NBA. He is averaging 12.9 points and 4.6 assists in 36 games this season for the Southwest Division-leading Spurs .
