    As expected, Judge Susan Garsh has refused to step aside from the murder case against former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez. The risk, of course, comes from the possibility of alienating the judge at an early stage of the case. The prosecution earlier this month asked that Garsh step aside, citing a "well-known and publicly documented history of antagonism" between her and lead prosecutor William McCauley stemming from a 2010 murder trial he argued before her.
