    Pestano last pitched for the Indians on April 28. The Cleveland Indians have activated right-hander Vinnie Pestano, the team's top setup man, from the 15-day disabled list. Pestano went on the DL with a sore right elbow on May 1. Cleveland manager Terry Francona said Pestano would move right back into his eighth-inning role. He hasn't pitched for the Indians since April 28 against Kansas City. The Indians, who open a four-game series against Seattle on Friday, optioned left-hander Nick Hagadone to Triple-A Columbus. In eight games this season, he's compiled a 2.25 ERA and struck out eight while walking four.
