    There must be some sort of cruel rule at work here. The one that says Doc Rivers can never come into the Garden with his starting point guard healthy and playing at the top of his game.

    Not having the services of veteran forwards Amar’e Stoudemire or Kenyon Martin for at least the next two weeks should at least be partially offset by the Knicks not having to travel at all during that time frame. Or so it would seem.
