    Don't read anything into Montee Ball taking the first-team tailback reps Monday, the Broncos' coach said. According to Mike Klis of the Denver Post, it was Montee Ball, not Hillman, that received the first-team carries for the Broncos in practice on Monday. Hillman had held off Montee Ball as the Broncos' starting tailback through the organized team activities in May, the minicamp session in June, every day of training camp in July and August, and the first three games of the preseason.
