    Former Denver Broncos general manager Brian Xanders has found a new home. Mike Shanahan hired Xanders to become the Broncos' assistant general manager after the 2008 draft. Xanders joined the Broncos as the team’s assistant general manager in 2008 before being promoted to general manager the following season. Prior to his time in Denver, Xanders spent 14 years with the Atlanta Falcons in a variety of coaching and front office roles. He spent his first 14 seasons in the NFL in various capacities with the Atlanta Falcons.
