• Live now: Kansas City Chiefs at Carolina Panthers

    Summary of 6 articles · Updated Aug 18, 2014
Cam Newton is expected back Sunday as the Carolina Panthers take on the Kansas City Chiefs in their second NFL preseason game of 2014 at Bank of America Stadium. But I'm not sure they could and I don't think the Chiefs would want to take that chance. The Carolina Panthers finished theirs with touchdowns. The Panthers led 14-6 at halftime and the reserves finished off the game in the second half for a 28-16 win over the Chiefs. There’s no need to keep more linemen, not with Poe playing so many snaps and the Chiefs occasionally using only two linemen, and sometimes one. Have a news tip?
