    Roushar just finished his sixth season with Michigan State, the past two as offensive coordinator. The Saints have announced that Dan Roushar, formerly offensive coordinator at Michigan State, has been hired as running backs coach in New Orleans. The New Orleans Saints have hired Michigan State offensive coordinator Dan Roushar to be the team's running backs coach and moved Bret Ingalls to be the team's offensive line coach. Roushar's hiring is the third of the offseason by Saints Coach Sean Payton , who has also brought in defensive coordinator Rob Ryan and assistant special teams coach Stan Kwon. The Saints issued a statement announcing the moves after Michigan State issued a news release Saturday. I’ve had an opportunity to work for Mark Dantonio – in my opinion, the best college football coach in America – for the last eight years, including the last six seasons at Michigan State. In a move announced by the team on Saturday, Ingalls takes over an offensive line that had worked since 2008 under Aaron Kromer, who left after the 2012 season to become Chicago's offensive coordinator.
