    The Buccaneers apparently still want to sign wide receiver Mike Williams to a contract extension, they just don’t want to do it right now. According to Stephen Holder of the Tampa Bay Times, Bucs general manager Mark Dominik held what was termed a “very productive meeting” at the NFL Scouting Combine with Williams’ agent, but they’ve agreed to table talks until later in the spring. Williams has become a productive second option for the Bucs, and feels a certain gratitude for their taking a chance on him coming out of college. The financial aspects of the conversation don’t appear to have advanced too far, but Engelhard expressed significant willingness from both sides to reach a deal.
