Five days prior to the above hearing and two days after veterans are expected to report to camp, Smith faces a sentencing hearing in an unrelated case from two unrelated incidents on charges for weapons and DUI. He will then be admonished about the applicable laws and given suggestions on how to avoid similar incidents in the future, the spokesman wrote.
