    The NBA league office will almost certainly fine Noah for his antics. Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah apologized for his actions after being ejected in the third quarter of Monday night's loss to the Sacramento Kings. Noah's actions came in the midst of one of the Bulls' worst performances of the season. Noah, who already had picked up one technical in the first half, earned a second one after reacting to a foul call. With the Kings in the midst of a 21-10 run that put Chicago in a double-digit hole, Noah once again found himself on the business end of what appeared to be a weak loose-ball foul call while vying with Cousins for a rebound. He then proceeded to point and scream at referees David Guthrie and Rodney Mott before Carlos Boozer and a team official could intervene and direct him off the court towards the locker room.
