    The New Orleans Pelicans say guard Tyreke Evans is expected to miss up to two weeks because of his left ankle injury. Pelicans guard Tyreke Evans has returned to action two days after the club said he was expected to miss one to two weeks with a left ankle sprain. "Just tried to be aggressive and stay close to him," said Evans. Evans wound up not missing a single full game. The club says further evaluation Monday of Evans' injury has confirmed the initial diagnosis of a sprain. The 6-foot-6 guard/forward checked in for starting small forward Al-Farouq Aminu with about 4 minutes left in the first quarter of New Orleans' game against the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday night.
