    Reliever Chad Durbin and the Phillies have finalized a $1 million, one-year contract. Durbin just signed a one-year, $1.1 million contract with the Phillies that includes $350,000 in incentives, plus a club option for 2014. Durbin, 35, pitched for the Phillies from 2008-10, helping to solidify the middle innings. With Papelbon, Adams, Durbin and lefty Antonio Bastardo filling four spots, the Phillies enter spring training with three openings in their bullpen. Durbin was popular in the clubhouse during his three seasons in Philadelphia, and known as a good guy who fit in seamlessly with fellow relievers Brad Lidge, Ryan Madson, J.C. The Phillies?
