Parys Haralson is heading from San Francisco to New Orleans. There has been a mixed reaction to the trade that has sent outside linebacker Parys Haralson to the New Orleans Saints and rightfully so. According to Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com, the 49ers are shopping outside linebacker Parys Haralson in trade talks. And so the 49ers reached agreement Monday on a trade sending Haralson to the New Orleans Saints, according to reporters who saw Haralson saying goodbye to teammates before practice. Haralson was excellent against the run but came out of the game in passing situations as the team broke in then rookie Aldon Smith. That is more money than the 49ers wanted to pay Haralson as a backup and the same amount Arizona Cardinals outside linebacker O'Brien Schofield was set to earn when his team released him earlier this offseason). Information from The Associated Press was used in this report. That didn't take long.
