Pittsburgh safety Ryan Mundy was fined $21,000 for a brutal hit on Oakland receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey on Sunday, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. A helmet-to-helmet hit draws the automatic $21,000 fine.
