The New Orleans Saints have a constant reminder of suspended Coach Sean Payton anytime anyone in the organization steps foot into the team's indoor practice facility with a massive photo of Payton hanging on the wall with the words "Do Your Job" blasted in all caps under his face. According to Ed Werder of ESPN, everyone wore a Payton-style visor, and an empty spot was left in the front row.
