Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Sidney Rice, who received a nonsurgical procedure for knee pain in Switzerland earlier this week, returned to the team Thursday, according to league sources. Rice is expected to be evaluated by team medical staff, and a plan will be created at that point for his return to practice. He flew about 10,000 miles round trip to Switzerland to have a plasma injection into his knee to help with patella tendinitis. Meanwhile, Carroll said fellow wide receiver Percy Harvin, who underwent hip surgery Thursday, plans to do the early part of his rehab in New York where the operation took place.
