    Woodson said he and Stoudemire discussed before Saturday’s practice what Stoudemire’s role would be when he returned. Stoudemire could take the Knicks to another level – the wrong level – if he doesn’t fit into what the team has been doing in winning 20 of its first 27 games. Stoudemire, who had surgery on his left knee seven weeks ago, did not practice with the team Saturday, but he did receive treatment at the team’s training facility in Greenburgh, N.Y. “At this point, we’re still trying to hash out when he’s ready to play and he’s not ready yet.” The last minute or so came down to this: The Knicks had Anthony and he more than redeemed himself for his woeful play in the first three quarters, making big shots and clutch free throws in a 19-point fourth.
