    The Ravens have ruled out starting left defensive end Pernell McPhee for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns and listed Pro Bowl defensive tackle Haloti Ngata as questionable. Defensive end Pernell McPhee missed his second straight day of practice because of a thigh injury, and he was not alone. Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata also sat out Thursday’s session. Ngata didn't practice for the second consecutive day due to a right shoulder injury. Ngata is considered likely to play, but not take a full workload Sunday. They were safeties Ed Reed , Bernard Pollard and James Ihedigbo , offensive tackles Michael Oher , Kelechi Osemele and Bryant McKinnie , outside linebacker Terrell Suggs , right guard Marshal Yanda , nose tackle Ma’ake Kemoeatu , inside linebacker Dannell Ellerbe and cornerback Chykie Brown .
