    After a poor Pat McAfee punt the Chargers got the ball at their own 48 ran off a couple of first downs and set up a field goal that put the Chargers ahead for good 19-9. If the Chargers can get through that tough stretch still hovering around .500, they will have a chance to compete for a playoff spot with four of five games at home to close out the regular season. Manning was asked about his and the Denver Broncos' big, nostalgic matchup next Sunday at the Indianapolis Colts the first time Manning will go "home" to play as an outsider less than an hour after the Broncos struggled to put away the winless Jacksonville Jaguars.
