    The weather in Denver was beautiful all day Thursday. And then when the Ravens and Broncos got ready to kick off the season, a weather system came through Denver. At the scheduled kickoff time the weather in Baltimore, where the game was supposed to take place until the Orioles wouldn't budge on changing their home game Thursday, was 80 degrees and partly cloudy. But if you woke up the kids on Christmas morning, had them run down to the tree, see all the presents arranged, and then told them, “Now sit patiently for 15 minutes before you open any,” well, that would be downright cruel.
