    I'll be filling in for Danny today and here are a few notes from Seahawks practice Wednesday, which included a midweek news conference with coach Pete Carroll. - First off, as expected, the team will wear Wolf Grey for Sunday's game against Buffalo in Toronto. "It's our one chance we can do it, so we picked this game out a long time ago," Carroll said Wednesday of the Wolf Grey. - Sidney Rice suffered a bruised foot, apparently in Sunday's game, Carroll said. Charly Martin was mentioned as someone who could see an increased role but that there could also be some shuffling within the receiving corps. - Cornerback Marcus Trufant was not set to practice Wednesday due to his hamstring injury. - Carroll said linebacker Leroy Hill should be back to full speed but noted that the situation is now a competitive one between Hill and Malcolm Smith, who has started the past two games.
