David West scored 18 points, George Hill had 15 and the surging Pacers beat the Detroit Pistons 114-82 on Friday night. One night after blowing the Pistons out in Indianapolis, the Pacers did the same thing at the Palace on Saturday night. The Indiana Pacers were playing well when they got a couple of the days off for the All-Star break. Will Bynum scored 17 points for the stumbling Pistons, who have split their past four games. David West scored 16 points and Paul George had a double-double to help Indiana cruise to a 90-72 win over Detroit. George finished with 12 points and 12 rebounds for Indiana, which had five players in double figures and got Danny Granger on the floor for the first time this season.
