    It’s going to be tougher for McElroy to get the job done in the air without Hill and Keller, but Braylon Edwards should be able to mitigate the loss of Hill somewhat. It’s just a guess, but the Jets offense will most likely look like it did again when McElroy came in during the Arizona game and during much of the Jacksonville game meaning a lot of running plays compared to passing plays so while the loss of Hill and Keller hurts, hopefully it won’t hurt as much as it could if they needed to throw the ball more. Hill is the second Jets starting wide receiver to be placed on injured reserve. The Jets were so enamored with Hill that they traded up to pick him in the second round, not concerned with his limited production at Georgia Tech, where he had just 49 career receptions. The Jets passing offense has been a problem all year, and unfortunately due to injury, the new Jets starting quarterback Greg McElroy will be without two of the team’s top targets this Sunday against the Chargers according to Kimberley Martin in Newsday.
