    Shortstop Yunel Escobar left the Rays' 3-0 win over the Yankees on Wednesday night prior to the seventh inning with tightness in his right hamstring and is listed as day to day. Escobar said he felt a "little pull" in his hamstring while running to first base on a sixth-inning single. When he didn't come back out for the seventh inning, Ben Zobrist moved from right field to shortstop, where the versatile veteran played down the stretch last season.
