Blue Jays sign Loewen and settle with Rasmus

TORONTO (AP) -- Outfielder Adam Loewen has agreed to a minor league contract to return to the Toronto Blue Jays, who also settled with outfielder Colby Rasmus on a one-year deal worth $4,675,000.
